Torgeson takes pride in the abilities of our staff because we train them ourselves.

Our bonafide apprenticeship program allows individuals with little to no experience to train under a skilled journeyman while getting paid!

As an apprentice’s skills increase, so does their pay. Upon completion of the four year apprenticeship, trainees earn certification that meets the standards set by the Kansas Department of Commerce Apprenticeship Council and the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship. Graduates have the knowledge necessary to become a successful electrician.
