Torgeson Electric Company is currently seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians. Journeyman electricians install electrical systems in the construction industry at job sites and are knowledgeable in the National Electrical Code and local jurisdictions. Prior electrical installation background is required.
Scope of Work
Journeyman Electricians are knowledgeable in the National Electric Code and can install electrical components on job sites with minimal supervision. Some traveling required to job sites in northeast Kansas.
Based on experience, $1500 signing bonus.
40 or more per week

Follow safety policies and procedures at all times. PPE required for all duties.
Duties & Tasks
Installation of Electrical systems Direct and train apprentice to Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears. Ability to read prints and able to generate RFI’s for projects OSHA 10 required (reimbursement available upon completion) Quality Control electrical installation Ensuring jobsite safety Fill out daily pre-job safety plan for the work that will be performed
